An architect's dream in the heart of London.

 

Having previously completed work for this client on two other residences, we were delighted to be awarded the contract for works to be carried out at his new main residence. As expected, the architect carried out all design work from top to bottom, resulting in an absolutely stunning private home.

The house was completely gutted and all existing wall and ceiling plastering removed. An extension was then added, and a basement dug out for a swimming pool, gym, sauna, media room and wine cellar.

We carried out the drylining throughout in order to form new partitions and new rooms. We completed all the plastering works to the walls and installed new suspended ceilings throughout the house. Additionally, fibrous plaster cornices, arches, columns, light troughs, staff beads and skirtings were supplied and fixed.

We also created a bespoke GRG wave ceiling above the swimming pool together with a GRG barrelled ceiling in both the wine cellar and media room.

Externally, we renewed all the existing sand and cement render and then supplied and fixed both fibrocem cornices and friezes. A new front wall was constructed and we supplied and fixed new bottles and copings, after rendering the wall. We also supplied and fixed new fibrocem mouldings to gate pillars.

All works were completed to the highest standard under the daily exacting eye of the architect.
