A five-storey private residence in the heart of London completed to the highest standard throughout.

The appointed contractor, Seacon Ltd, completely gutted the entire residence and all existing plaster, partitions and ceilings were removed. 

 

We were appointed by Seacon Ltd to supply and fix new partitions and suspended ceilings, as well as re-plastering all walls. A considerable quantity of the fibrous plaster/GRG was also supplied and fixed throughout the house including coffered ceilings, wall and ceiling panel mouldings, bespoke fibrous plaster cornices and arches.

 

Fibrous plaster/GRG coffered ceilings supplied and fixed to both the ground floor and basement added a refined elegance to the interior, whilst the wall and ceiling fibrous plaster panel mouldings - applied once the major plastering works were completed – provided a high quality, luxury finish. 

                                                                                                                               

Bespoke fibrous plaster cornices were supplied and fixed to numerous rooms including all bedrooms, ensuites and family areas. Additionally, GRG groyne ceilings were also supplied and fixed in the steam room and shower area.

The stunning curved staircase was completed freehand with a bespoke curved fibrous plaster cornice run in-situ to join up with the straight sections on both floors.
