This entire property was completely gutted internally and a total refurbishment undertaken by Seacon Ltd.
We were awarded all dry lining works, suspended ceilings and plastering internally. Additionally we supplied and fixed new fibrous plaster cornices throughout the property together with fibrous GRG coffered ceilings manufactured and installed above the new swimming pool/gym area in the basement. Furthermore new fibrous GRG ashlar panels were manufactured and installed to the staircase walls from the basement to the first floor.
Externally, both front and rear, we repaired, where possible, the existing render and mouldings. In certain areas we used poultice to remove visible blemishes etc; and then supplied and fixed stainless steel EML to exposed old brickwork, and applied a sand cement render thereto, to match existing. New ashlar mouldings were created as necessary and new fibrocem mouldings, architraves and cornices supplied and fixed.
A new portico was constructed by Seacon Ltd. We then supplied and fixed new fibrocem mouldings, pediments, columns and pilasters to this brickwork.
We were on site for a period of 18 months with a contract value in excess of £320,000.
